Tom is founder and CEO of CarbonTrail, a greentech startup. He has extensive experience working in companies of all sizes to understand their problems and apply a pragmatic transformation lens.
Most recently, Tom was CTO at Jade Software Corporation, one of New Zealand's most respected technology companies, helping them realise their ambitious transformation goals across their lines of business. Previously he was a Technical Lead at Dyson Technologies in the UK, assisting the transformation of the business from pure manufacturing to adopting IoT & smart home services.
Equally comfortable cutting code as he is with C-suite and board-level engagements, and possessing a coveted AWS Solutions Architecture certification, Tom helps teams of all sizes to understand how to craft digital experiences that put team and business outcomes first.
