Any successful venture relies on the behaviour of people, so it would seem a no-brainer to have some knowledge of behavioural science to underpin all our efforts. Sadly, the hugely powerful and simple tenets of behavioural science have been locked away in academia for over 100 years.

We continue to use old fashioned management styles and ineffective training methods to build leaders and teams capable of meeting the complex needs of modern business. It’s my mission to bring behavioural science in its simple elegance out into common knowledge, and use it to produce people-positive environments for people to thrive in.
