Having led utility organisations and research institutions through significant change programmes, John brings practical expertise in generating a future vision, executing strategy, linking action and measurement and driving value.

John believes that "better never stops." He thrives on creating connections that foster empathy and understanding, driving teams and organisations forward collectively. John gets great satisfaction out of empowering people to achieve what they never thought they could.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Strategy. He is a Prince2 Registered Practitioner.
