Following 20 years of executive level leadership experience across utilities and infrastructure organisations, with the last decade holding CEO levels in the electrical distribution sector, Jono co-founded In Your Corner – an organisation designed from a personal stand to:
unleash the potential of leaders who aspire to leave a lasting legacy in the organisations and communities they work within, and,
to do this in a way that fundamentally challenges the traditional way consultants and advisors support organisations.
Having led transformation projects across public and private organisations, network ecosystems and local and central government organisations at both a governance and executive level, Jono understands that every person, team and organisation comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Within these unique contexts, Jono has a special ability to create environments that foster collaboration and trust and enable new levels of performance.
At In Your Corner, Jono works closely with clients from the outset. He creates space for people to unearth what’s really possible for themselves, their team and their organisation. His role also includes:
senior leadership and team coaching
facilitating leadership development initiatives
supporting boards and executive teams to design and develop transformational strategy
Jono holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Engineering Management and has completed a number of residential leadership development programmes across Australasia, including JMW’s Leader of the Future Programme.
