Having experienced a range of teams and cultures over the last 15 years, my approach to leadership is based around how you can create a culture where the team, group or organisation’s needs are the greatest priority. Experiencing the transition of environments where there is often an individual approach, to an environment of putting the team, group or organisation first, puts me in a unique position to support others in that journey.
Performing under pressure ultimately comes back to trust in an approach where whatever outcomes you desire occur off the back of identified simple actions and behaviours. This is something that is often talked about but rarely lived. I want to use my background, experiences and learnings to help others create something special. Through effective leadership, I truly believe we can bring success to any environment.
